Target jobs makes things easier for job posters and seekers. Job Seekers can see those jobs that may fit their profile and show color block which gives an indication of how hot or cold the job posting is. They can go ahead view the job description and all they need to do is click on apply link to apply for this job. There is no monkey business of pushing one’s resume and flooding the poster’s inbox. This also minimizes the time one needs to spend on surfing through hundreds of job postings that may not fit you well. One more important thing is once you apply for a target job, the job wont show up again.But we have tried to make it fair for all …. in the sense that jobseekers cannot manipulate their tags and try to increase their chances. We take care to see that when a job is posted, it will look for the matches at that real time….any manipulations later wont increase their chances
