H] Pre-Screening

Most of the time, potential employers pre-screen or phone screen candidates and filter out the best. This is a rather time consuming process, but I have come across some who do hire immediately whoever sounds fit….this is rather unfortunate as there is no level playing field for all those candidates. Its rather first-come-first-hired process. So this feature is rather neat which allows employers to put on a questionaire and let potential ones answer them. Then among them filter and retain whoever sound right.
