People usually try to search jobs in general and get bored after surfing through 10 or 20 pages of listings. Its a very confusing experience akin to searching for a needle in a stack of hay. So catergorization does help.. with this in mind, we offer various modes …based on calendar, based on nature, type, status…. This does help someone zoom in on something they want/need. If you consider the calendar type search, it shows 30 day calendar with blue blocks showing dates that has job listings. So no need to click on each date to find out if it has a job listing.
